Parks

Ashley Wing Memorial Park

Martin Stream Road

Hours - Sun Up to Sun Down

I have lived in Norridgewock for nearly 20 years, and for as long as I have lived here I have heard about "Ashley J Wing Memorial Park", but I had never taken the time to visit.  What a pity?  I missed out!  This is a beautiful little spot and to think that someone once had this in their own backyard, LUCKY!

Entrance to Park, ample parking for about 10 cars.  No picnic tables or amenities (outhouse).  What you bring in you bring out

The boardwalks in this Park are necessary but they are to be used at your own risk.  They should have signs posted that say such, but I'm sure the funding for this Park is minimal at best.  It is best to have hiking type shoes on that you don't mind possibly getting wet,  depending on the day and season.
